Honorable Tom Campbell, PhD
Presently, Dr. Campbell is Of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Dr. Campbell's career has spanned the
highest ranks of the business, public service,
legal and academic arenas. Public office
highlights include his positions as Director of
the FTC's Bureau of Competition, US
Congressman for five terms, California State
Senator and Director of Finance for the State
of California and in Congress on the
Judiciary, Joint Economic and the International Relations Committees.
Academic highlights include currently a Professor of Haas Business
School, UC Berkeley; inaugural Presidential Fellow and Visiting
Professor of Law at Chapman University School of Law in Orange,
California and previously a Professor of Law at Stanford Law School.
Dr. Campbell graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School
and received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.
