The San Francisco Lawyers’ Club Scholarship Fund Foundation, established in 1975, is funded by donations from Lawyers' Club members and those who support their efforts.

Each year the Scholarship Fund Foundation awards two scholarships and complimentary memberships in The Lawyers’ Club to second year law students. Awards are made on a rotating basis to students enrolled in one of the seven San Francisco Bay Area law schools.

Deans of the law schools select the award winners. Scholarships are awarded to students based on three primary factors: (1) demonstrated involvement and commitment to a community outreach program through the legal profession; (2) academic and professional achievement; and (3) financial need.
